  Michael Moseby and the team gave me outstanding, timely service that made my refinance process smooth and painless. Everytime there was a question, Michael had the answer. Home financing has been a pain in the past, so to have this experience was both refreshing and well worth my time. I highly recommend this team and Michael for anyone else wanting not only a timely refinancing/financing process, but one with honesty and integrity all the way through.   My lender, Michael Moseby was amazing to work with. His patience and thoroughness was a blessing to me and my wife during our first home purchase. He was available practically anytime we needed him with questions. With his leadership, he helped us execute a very fast escrow process (less than 30 days) which is pretty rare. His partnership with our realtor (Cindy Wu from ReMax Realty) was a beauty to watch. Both gelled with each other and worked perfectly side by side throughout the lending process. Also, the New American Funding portal site that Michael set up for me was tremendously efficient and easy to work with. It provided that one stop shop that made life so much easier in terms of data collection and uploading.   They are much better than any big bank out there- bar none. Their rates beat the big banks. Also, their approval guidelines were not as demanding as the big banks. And since they are leaner, they work much more quickly than those sloths. I can not emphasize enough how important this is, as there are grueling timelines in real estate transactions that must be met or the deal is dead. When my parents were looking for a lender for their second home purchase, my friend Oscar recommended Michael from New American Funding. Our experience was beyond satisfactory. It was excellent. Any time we had a question or an important issue came up, Michael addressed it in a timely manner. He followed up and kept us up to date, to-the-minute. And, he actually cares. We felt like we gained a friend with Michael. Lastly, the technology used by New American Funding made it really easy to sign and upload documents remotely from any location. I highly recommend this lender to anyone interested in buying or refinancing.
