      The last few times I’ve gone to this location, different days of the week and times of day and there has been 1 teller and a line out the door. A manager (?) told me to get use to it because this is how banks will be from now on. The tellers are all very nice!

      Adding: I emailed over the course of several days and finally recieved a letter basically saying "sorry your preferred location closed we have other locations". The point was the closed without notifying those with appointments. Wanted to open an account for my child. They said an appointment is required. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment. Morning of appointment I recieved an email reminder. We got there and they were "Temporarily Closed" according to signs on the door.

      Unfortunately I just had the worst experience with Wells Fargo ever and just because of this location. I’ve never written a complaint on Google before but I just felt so disrespected that I can’t let this one go. I understand it’s a Memorial day weekend and employees may be eager to just go home and enjoy the weekend but closing five minutes early and locking the door in a gentleman‘s face when he’s walking up to the bank is extremely disrespectful and to stand there shaking your head no when there is clearly still five minutes until closing is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately I have an opportunity account, which means you can only make deposit inside of the bank. The gentleman refused to give me any reasoning besides a shake of the head even though there is no reason justifying his actions, I was unable to get this employees name but I will return to figure out who this individual is. Please note there are only a very few clients inside of the bank nothing overwhelming, also as I was driving away he did allow someone in as he was letting somebody out of the bank. Witnessing that was enough fuel for me to write this complaint. I work seven days a week in customer service and am shocked that this is even allowable by the Management at this location. I sincerely hope that this never happens to anybody who banks with Wells Fargo and I would suggest to completely avoid this location. Terrible customer service and will only return to identify the individual to file for a proper complaint.

      The customer service here is horrible with their fake smiles. I have been to other wells fargo that actually care about the customer. Isn't running any business trying to please the customer? It seems here that every time I bring my mother here who needs to get things done, the customer service is lacking. Why? There is attitude from each of the bankers. Once my mom is done with her transactions, i see the bankers pointing at us, staring at our backs and giggling. Yes, my mom will ask much and ask for you to repeat things. Do you expect an elderly woman to hear like you do? This is why we have to drive a few extra miles to the chatsworth location. That location is much more accommodative. Really? This is bad management. If I was appointed for management. I would literally pull each teller to the side and give each a warning plus re-train them. This is not what customer service should be. Grow up!

      Horrible service. Manager was less helpful than the teller himself and she was extremely rude to my husband and wasn’t able to cash my check we went to another location and were helped with no issues.

      I've setup my credit card for autopay, but still somehow it got missed a payment, and I got a fee for that.
