  We are very happy with the service we received with Oscar and his team. We have been trying for months to refinance and weren't pleased with the companies we reached out to. My mother referred us to Oscar who she has used in the past and was happy with his services. We were are able to get an amazing rate and close in less than 2 months!   Oscar & his team, were polite, sincere & a pleasure to work with. Anyone who’s ever gone through the loan process knows it can be frustrating. Last minute demands for this, now I need that etc etc. Our needs were discussed & understood.when we started. A simple checklist of items was provided & satisfied. From there very little additional info or supporting anything was required. The experience was easy, & hassle free. I’m letting my family & friends know if they’re looking for a home loan, call Oscar, they’ll be glad they did.

  Best experience ever. Buying a house is very stressful and sometimes confusing but Patty and Oscar made it so clear all the way thru. Loan went so smooth with no complications.
