Tori Maltbie5We had a complicated situation (moving from a different state to another for a new job while selling our current house all during covid) and Kurt was able to find a way to make it work for us. We also ran into some crazy out of the ordinary things during our closing (the appraisal company didn’t do a great job) but again, Kurt and his team worked hard to get all the issues resolved and get us closed as quickly as possible. I honestly don’t know if everything would have worked out if we had had someone less experienced.
