  Teala has been an amazing help for my clients and myself. She is very quick to respond and goes above and beyond in making sure the loan closes. She doesn't give up easy and thinks outside the box to solve issues that clients have. For myself she took care of my own personal loan when others could not in an extremely fast time frame. When you need your loan done fast with great service, I would highly recommend Teala Smith.

  Tesla’s customer service was great!!!! I did not have to chase her down like I do with a lot of mortgage lenders to get updates. Because of her, we had a smooth transaction and closed on time with no problems. She actually showed up to the closing to make sure everything went through without problems. You don’t see that as much from Mortgage Lender‘s, but that’s how much she cares. I would recommend her for your future mortgage lending needs. I also had my own personal home refinanced a couple of years ago through New American Funding!!!

  I came to Teala because she was highly recommended to me by my neighbors. I needed to refinance so I could complete a remodel on my kitchen. She was able to get me into a renovation refinance, so I did not have to pay any money out of pocket, and I was able to save money on my monthly mortgage payments!
