  Great experience with Joe and the New America funding team. Joe worked with us on strategies to ensure that our offers would be competitive without exceeding our budget, and the rest of the staff were invaluable in helping us compile all necessary information for our loan as well (as demystifying the process in general).   Homebuying is stressful - especially if you're a first-time homebuyer buying in an unfamiliar area in a red hot market. Things move super fast and sometimes you don't really much time to think before making a decisions. For that, I was extremely thankful to have Joe and his assistant, Margaret, on my team. He is very responsive/accessible, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He responds via call/text either on the first call, or shortly thereafter. I have ended a call and called him right back, because I just thought of another question. His responses are super thorough and he doesn't make you feel dumb asking them. Homebuying is nerve wrecking, but I certainly never worried much when it came to the loan process thanks to Joe!

  Joe is very informative and will do his best to get you the right deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and professional loan agent with outstanding communication skills, I highly recommend him and his team to help you have a smooth yet fast process for your home buying experience. They work hard day and night for you, i can’t say a time where o tried to call Joe that he wouldn’t pick up or get back to me ASAP. That to me was the deal breaker. If you’re a new home buyer like myself and looking for more information on the process of you loan, Joe is the man to work with . He is patient and will help you understand everything about the home loan process with ease and clarity. P.S. for all my fellow veterans utilizing the VA Home Loan, Joe is an expert with that process. The VA is known for being slow but with Joe that isn’t a problem. He got my VA rating letter, Appraisal, Inspections, documents, etc. all done and/or scheduled within the week. Overall best first time experience I could have asked for! Thanks Joe!   Joe was extremely responsive and true to his word. He was clear and always willing to answer questions. The entire process was easy from the ability to upload documents via a web portal to emails updates that gave a status bar progress of where we were in the overall process to finalize our mortgage. His rates were competitive and we would highly recommend you give Joe the opportunity be your lender.

  As a first time home buyer I had allot of questions and found Joe Coy to be incredibly patient and accessible. I’m sure he gets asked the same questions time and time again but he was happy to assist through out the process. he was always a text or phone call away.
