  I looked into four lenders that had local representation, after we were advised to stay away from big online lending operations that could jeopardize a closing with their slow responses. We got pre-approved with all four, so I could get a more accurate comparison on their rates and fees, the day before we needed to lock in. David Behr came through as the most competitive with rates, fees and, most importantly, timeliness in all his responses. That included evenings and weekends, which was a relief, when we were under the stress of this currently ridiculous housing market. I liked that David would keep an eye on the markets to advise us about the timing of locking in our rates. He referred us to both the real estate agent and home insurance broker that we ended up using (of course I had shopped those independently beforehand as well, so his referrals were valuable). On top of everything, David was super personable and helpful - the mark of a true professional under what *could* be a stressful process - and he was a pleasure to work with. His team was also smooth, timely and professional. We had absolutely no hitches in our loan approval!

  I hate salespeople, I am one lol. I despise paperwork mortgages and buying a car. Any and all aggressive sales tactics. I recently closed two loans with David. Absolutely the easiest, pain free, drama free smooth loan process ever. I would have refinanced a year earlier if I knew it was going to go so smoothly.
