  Linda Ferrell is a branch manager at New American Funding and we are so glad that we made this call. From the very beginning, Linda was kind, compassionate, understanding , and patient. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and put any concerns to rest. The team that we worked with at this company did an excellent job of getting our loan through USDA and underwriting in a timely manner. We strongly recommend that anyone looking for a home loan apply at New American Funding.   Andrew Heath and his team made my home-buying experience with New American Funding a great one!!! By far the best real estate transaction ever!! Andrew and his team were awesome to work with. Great communication throughout the loan process, and he went above and beyond on getting the loan for the home we wanted.   Just refinanced my mortgage with Linda Ferrell at New American Funding. She made it easy. Linda stayed in touch along the way and was able to close earlier than I expected. Jeff is knowledgable, patient, and helpful, has years of experience, and has the heart of a teacher. He provided options, advice, and guidance, as we locked in on a fantastic rate. I would trust him again in a heartbeat with my financing, and would recommend him to anyone who is seeking home finance solutions. Jeff and his team provided lightning fast updates, answered all of our questions, and were there for us when we needed them. Even after the loan was over, Jeff followed up to congratulate us, and make sure that we had everything we needed. Can you find a lower rate somewhere else?   Linda Ferrell took a difficult deal ( one that I was told cannot be done) and she got it done. I highly recommend going to her for your home loan. She and her assistant Andrea were always available to me and were very supportive as we walked through a complicated process. I will call Linda EVERY time I or a family member need lending services.
