  Bob Hailey and his assistant Zach are very efficient, courteous and always willing to help with understanding what documents are needed to accomplish a loan approval. Bob and Zach were always available via text, phone and email to help explain the process for loan approval. I highly recommend them for getting a home loan approved.

  Hey my Names AhTsah. I just wanted to Start by Thanking Bob Hailey, Zach Hailey and his Team for the Best First time house buying Experience I could have asked for. 3 months ago it was not even my plan to buy a house this early in my life. I mean I am only 19 years old working a commission payed job. I heard about Bob Hailey Though a real Estate Agent Jamie Baker and I decided to give him a call. He Picked up the phone in a very professional manner and gave his time to understand my situation and why I wanted to buy a house at such a young age. He told me I could do it and he would do everything he can to get me approved. So I decided to give the process a shot and Bob got back with me with some great news. He said I was pre approved. Bob and his team worked with me through every bit of the process and guided me through everything I had to do to get to the finish line. I work as a car Sales man and I know the process of working with a customer and it is usually only a few hours long to finish a deal and trust me it can be a process. Bob and his team worked with me for 3 months and every time I needed anything or had any question they Communicated so fast and professionally. Their Customer service was extremely good and most of all very Consistent. I have talked to other loan officers and Mortgage teams before I heard about Bob and they did not even want to put any effort in helping me out or evening giving me a shot at trying to get a loan. That was not the case with Bob and New American funding they were awesome! With that being said. This will not be my last time buying a house. Also not my last time with Bob Hailey, Zach Hailey and their team at New American Funding. I will be Referring all my Friends, Family and Co Workers to Bob and his team as I know they will Receive the greatest customer service. Thankyou- AhTsah
