  I was introduced to Cathy through my realtor. I have purchase a couple homes before and many with my family. During one of the craziest sellers' market I have experienced (Fall-Winter 2020), Cathy was the best loan officer I have ever worked with! Cathy's system of tracking home prices to uploading/organizing documents online in an easy to use dashboard made the process very smooth. During the last 2 weeks of escrow, I was expecting her to come back to me asking for more documents for the underwriter but that never happened. I was actually in shock and asked her, 'are you sure you don't need anything else from me?" because the process went way too smoothly (and my situation is not straight forward with student/car loans, switching jobs, rental income etc). I highly recommend Cathy and will definitely be using her for any and all future purchases.

  I would like share just how great it was to work with Cathy on closing my mortgage on my wife and I's house. We saw the house Sunday morning through a great real-estate agent that Cathy works with Laurie Column. Laurie gave us Cathy's number we started talking to her by noon on Sunday. Cathy was awesome, she is a straight shooter - first thing she state was this can go as fast or slow as we want it go. No pressure she would work with us at our pace. My wife loved the house and didn't want to stop her from getting her dream. You know how the saying goes "Happy Wife Happy Life!" Anyhow, I was on the phone at 11pm that same night working on our application for the house. We weren't approved yet when we saw the house, lol. But by the time I went to bed Sunday night everything was submitted with Cathy's guidance. By Tuesday morning Cathy gave me a call stating that we were approved! We worked with Laurie and submitted an offer by Wednesday morning and by Thursday afternoon our offer was accepted! One great story a happy wife and I couldn't say thank enough for Cathy's ability to help guide us every step of the way. Highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking to purchasing a house! The unique relationship between both Cathy and Laurie was AWESOME! I am sure it is the same between all agents that Cathy works with to help their clients close on their homes. Thank you ladies!

  I first met Cathy when I was helping a client buy her first home with a VA Veterans Affairs (VA) loan. She was active in the Navy and she told me she was given a list of VA lenders and she was just calling each number until someone answered. The good thing is she was taking advantage of the VA loan that many military members may not be aware of or understand. We were putting offers on homes with a lender she called off the list and he was not available to talk and seemed annoyed that we were trying to get a hold of him. Some how we got a hold of Cathy Sabater's number as a lender and we instantly felt at ease. Cathy was very communicative and you could tell she wanted the buyer to understand the VA loan. She encouraged the buyer to make an appointment with her in her office so that she could go over the whole VA loan process, which is one of the only loans I know of that offer Zero Down-payment financing. There were issues that Cathy brought up about the buyer's husband who was in the Navy, however just getting out which the other lender glossed over. Long story short, we found a home and got an accepted offer. Cathy was available to talk to the listing agent to give her confidence about the VA loan process since we had to confirm the husband's new civilian job that would take several weeks to get his first paycheck for the loan approval. The buyers got the loan and are very happy with their home. Cathy has since kept up with me and shares loan updates. She always seems in a positive mood and has boundless energy to talk to you during her busy schedule whether it is during the week or on the weekend. I am glad to know Cathy and that she is there if I ever need help with a loan.

  Jason and I worked diligently to get this transaction closed. Our Veteran family was so cooperative and appreciated all the hard work. Submitting VA offers are usually provided with hesitancy, but with Jason's negotiation skills and us working together as a team - to educate the listing agent that we can get this done within 21 to 30 days. Jason communicates well with both sides of the transaction and most importantly our first time home buyers were at ease once offer was accepted.   Cathy is amazing! We began working with her in March. We had been pre-approved a few time in the past but had never received the support and guidance that Cathy provides. She helped us see a realistic picture of our finances and income. She helped with the development of a game plan to achieve our goals. We closed escrow on our first home in October.
