  So I stopped in and opened a personal checking account today. Unbelievable service from the staff. My teller Alexa Grosskopf was absolutely amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my banking needs were met. I will be opening an account for my business with the Customer service I received today!!! 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great family friendly credit union. Usually going to a banking establishment is a chore, but being greeted at the Monaca (Center Twp) branch by Ben B, it makes it all worthwhile. He gets the job done in a quick manner! Plus he has a rather impressive collection of Marvel figures at his computer. He emphasizes putting the customer first.

  They are always friendly, and the staff always knows my name when I come through the doors. Ben is always smiling when you walk in, and all the desks are decorated, it always looks great. Especially the superhero stuff. Makes mine and my husband's day every time.

  Ben Brian and Amy all go above and beyond to help me and others have the best possible time here! I can’t recommend this bank enough. They treat you like a person vs treating you like a customer. Love it here I don’t think I’ll ever change banks.

  Always feel very welcomed in this bank all the works are super friendly and very helpful. Will go out of their way to help you. Everytime I go the visit are quick in and out in a few minutes depending on the situation. Please don't listen to the bad reviews on this place cause they are lies. Been with this bank for over 20 year and never had a single problem here. They do everything that you ask as long as it is aloud. Some people are just petty or hateful. Please just be patient with the workers and be kind. Only down side is with thier hours. Wish they had long weekend hours but that is understandable. Everyone has a life and needs to live it.

  Everyone is so friendly and they really seem to care about you. The atmosphere here is very welcoming. It's not like other places where you just feel like a number. These people remember your name and are happy to see you. If you have a dog and go through the drive-through, they'll give you a dog treat for your pet. Rates are great and they have all the financial services anyone could need.

  They offer a change counting machine to their customers, to bad it never works. When I brought up the fact that it is always broken to the tellers there they didn’t seem to care. Pretty rude customer service.
