      This used to be the best bank I ever went to. Today I went in there for the first time in about 6 years and the teller I got was very very short with me,rolled her eyes,and over all was not a very pleasant person to talk to. Didn't greet me no small talk. Idk not what I remember from 6 years ago considering the size of the check I had. I kinda got the vibe she thought it was a fake check or something. Idk won't be back in there after my check clears and I pull my money out and move to as diff bank.

      A great group of people in an incredibly inviting small town, local bank. Erica is super helpful, the bankers are always ready to help with whatever you need. The epitome of a nice, local small town credit union.

      By far West aircomm is the best bank I've ever been to. The staff is very very friendly. There has been one thing I've asked of them that they haven't done. I will never leave this bank as long as it's open I'm very loyal to these people they've done so much for me that I can't express my gratitude enough. They gave me a chance to build my credit and they offered me help when no one would.

      I accidentally OD my account but I had plenty of money in my connected savings account to cover. They still charged me an OD fee to transfer money from my savings to my checking. I closed my account to go to a better bank that doesn't charge ridiculous fees!

      Have been a member for many many years, they have the most friendly tellers at the Moon Branch we have ever dealt with. The only complaint I have is signing in to online is very difficult at times.

      I have never had any issues with them, except for the $5.00 fee charged for overdraft protection transfers from savings to checking.

      I was scammed and they did nothing but have me wait several months just for them to say they couldn’t help me or get me my money back. I wouldn’t recommend.
