  We are so glad that Christina L. told us about New Alliance Home Equity Loans. Their rates were 2% better than what we were previously looking at and were fixed instead of variable. This is going to save us a ton of money over the life of our loan! Christine G. took great care of us during the process. Everything moved quickly and easily. The whole Ambridge office was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

  I'm glad I moved to to New Alliance...good people. Only negative is trying to get through on phone. Special mention and shout out for teller Olivia! She has the rare gift of real connectivity with people, and you don't get the feeling that she's mailing it in when she speaks with you; it must come naturally. Olivia should lead a training course in customer relations. Without a doubt, she's at the very top of the list of best service people ever.

  This was posted by another reviewer six months ago, "Every time you call it goes to voice mail. No employee is that busy. You should be able to multi task." ...and it's sad to say... as it was then, it remains true today - six months later!

  worst online app ever i can't use it to check my acct on the app or online only worked for me twice keeps telling me my info is wrong. i hope the back service is better might close the accounts and go elsewhere at this point
