  Tod and his team are legit. Hard working, dedicated, determined, dependable and realistic. I give 5 stars. My mom starved so that I can eat as a kid, now I just put her in her dream home in her retirement by buying my first house. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without Tod and his team.

  My wife and I have used him a couple times over the last few years, and have referred him to relatives and friends many times as well. We've never heard a single complaint about him or his company, and his ability to walk through some of the complicated mess of getting ready for a loan is a major high point in the process of working with him. I'm a pretty smart guy, but my brain melts every time I have to think about how credit works - he does a great job of making it simple and easy, and explaining the best route to get the loan that we wanted, and so on. I highly recommend Todd at Summit Funding.

  The TEAM at Summit Funding are remarkable. Our mortgage was in the throes of being sold to others and Summit Funding had to deal with the existing and then two new lenders. They accomplished everything in as quick of manner as they could! There were times when things got stressful dealing with the original lender and then who they sold our mortgage to and the TEAM at Summit Funding calmed me down and eliminated all fears and concerns!!! They all were AMAZING and made us feel like real people and not just numbers. They took care of everything!!!
