  I have never experienced with anyone what Ashley took the time to correct my mistake. I was trying to arrange a payment when I had filled out the wrong information and she took time to help me to get it corrected by calling me and coachibg over the phone to get to the payment plan. To me she is an example to how people should be when dealing with the public. She is an asset to your conpany.

  Customer Service was spot on, but funding took 3 business days after I was approved and after all documents were signed. That is a little bit too long when someone is needing quick funds, same day or by the next day.

  This company fraudulently took adfitional money from my bank account after I paid my loan with them in full. When I called to have them reverse the charge they refused. Even though their customer service representative told me they were getting several calls from other customers for the same issue. They were fully aware there was a breach in their system and coulld see my loan had been paid in full. Beware of doing business with this company . It is unethical to make unauthorized chargers on customers bank account knowing the mistake and not correcting it in a timely manner. Very poor customer service!

  You should treat your great paying clients with great above and beyond service but you do not. I spend plenty with you and I am NEVER late.

  Financial bumps in the road can happen to any of us. I am very grateful someone referred me to Net Pay Advance Inc. It was very simple to apply and the funds they loaned me were in my bank account the following morning! I recommend this quick, honest service should you have a small financial emergency.

  Due to their computer overriding my next payday choice they deposited early and i got a 35$ bank fee insufficient funds. And nothing could be done about it. And noone offered to reimburse me.
