  We used Lisa Bertok for the purchase of our first home in 2016, based off referrals from friends who she had guided through the process. We were nothing short of impressed with her work then, when we were first time home buyers. I appreciated the extra time and effort she took to explain the process, which naturally was foreign to us. She was available when we needed her - either through email, phone, or text. Recently, December 2019, we set out to sell our house and purchase another home in Fernley, which we did. We turned to Lisa again. She had changed finance companies, but I was pleased to find she had stayed in Fernley. Our experience with her in selling our house, and buying the new house was nothing short of the outstanding experience we had with her during our first home purchase. Lisa is really, really good at what she does, and we have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with her.
