Melynie Blackshear1If you dont wanna feel belittled do not go to the Jennings MO location. You will be asked to sanitize your hands and remove your hat by Security before they service you! This policy from what I've seen is only at that location. Give me an option to wash my hands...I have sensitive skin! I pulled my winter hat ALL THE WAY up and it was not sufficient! I have a low haircut and the day was below freezing. I understand precautionary meaures due to COVID but thats extreme!! Again what would happen if I was wearing a wig that would have clearly concealed much of my face? Its a thoughtless policy and if you guys are that concerned, close the inside!

Ebony Miller2I’ve been at this bank for years just wish the workers had better customer service, the new teller here and downtown is horrible and the managers think it’s ok because they don’t address the problems.

Tammy Haskin1Horrible experience, I was told over a week ago that I will get a call back per Kathy, she never returned my call and I called her back and left a message still no response. I have been a customer for at least 13 years I will never give neighbors credit union my business again.

Michael F1This branch is great if you like the teller being rude to you, and if you do not value your time. It's a very uncomfortable uninviting crowded environment with everyone in a bad mood. Oh and if you think the experience may change at different times. Yeah... it doesn't.

Samantha Clark4The wait here is never outragious. There are some very friendly employees and others not so much. I prefer interacting with the tellers from the drive thru for quick transactions and less attitude. Overall, the establishment is professional and clean, with a TERRIBLE parking lot.
