Our corporations have been banking with Needham Bank now for about 4 years and we must say they always exceed our expectations as they have since day one, the management of Denise and Holly is extremely proficient then the cordial and friendly tellers Effie, Joan and Rhonda tie it all together to make a great team!!! The tellers are hit or miss. Used to have an excellent all around staff but now, unless it's Effie, it's a struggle. Not polite or customer oriented. If suggest going elsewhere to their Natick or Needham Branch.

Needham Bank has done more for Ashland than all the other banks in town combined. They try to be part of every community event. Their accounts have far fewer fees than anything else around. Oh, and their ATM? No fees for anyone. That's right, they have NO FEE ATM!!!
