  Other lenders had difficulty understanding what we needed and other overwhelmed while lacking urgency. Neal reached out to me right away after my first enquiry and discussed our situation. He called me back the next day with a solution that no one else had come up with. Both Neal and Andrea made the process extremely smooth, and we couldn't be happier.   Neal helped us figure out how to finance a new house without having to sell our existing house first, which took a lot of pressure off of us. He gave us a few scenarios for loans and down payments. His communications was always clear. He is creative and works with the highest level of integrity. I'll definitely use him again.

  Absolutely recommend Fairway Independent Mtg Corp. and Neal and his staff we the most professional and organized office I've ever experienced. If you are planning to purchase real estate and don't have a loan officer, call Fairway and Neal immediately.
