  Insurance companies are all corrupt. What’s the point in paying $120.00, a month in insurance if when something happens you have to fork out $500.00, deductible before getting any help.

  I have been a NC Farm Bureau customer since 2004. Payments were made on time and in full for years, with only one claim when a tree limb damaged my roof. With in the last year I received letters stating that homeowners coverage was being canceled twice. 1st time it was a underwriting issue because of the age of my home. After getting coverage again, with payment in full and policy in hand,a few months later I receive another cancellation letter. We call and find out it's because they don't have pictures of the house. A little EFFORT to communicate would be better than a cancellation letter. It took 5 minutes to take pictures and send them. I pay for coverage and expect to get service, it's been a week and still we have not received confirmation they received the pictures and our coverage won't cancel in a few weeks. I will be looking for a different Farm Bureau agent at renewal or when I have to replace that policy. My home is paid for and I don't have to have their Policy.

  Have had NC Farm Bureau insurance for years ..can't beat the prices and awesome customer service. We have life, car and did have homeowners all with them. We had to switch only our homeowners due to us bit ng an old farmhouse and they unfortunately don't offer appropriate coverage for it due to it's age. But otherwise highly recommend them. They do so much for their community as well.

I also have to acknowledge Aleta; she is my main go-to person. Always helpful and willing to help when I need her assistance!
