  I have been banking at the Vestal Branch for 5 years. What a great change for myself and my wife. Everyone at this branch has been professional and very helpful. We had experienced someone charging on my wife's debit card. I called the Vestal Branch and was told I needed to come down and change the account which we did and the issue was resolved in 15 minutes. When ever I have a question I know I can call and get an answer. Great bank with a high service level and great people. I hope to do more in the future with NBT!

  I came with a business associate and as he was walking to the door of the branch, a woman inside came to the door and locked him out as he was almost to the door because he wasn't wearing a mask. Locked him out. Of the bank. Just locked the door and turned him away. I was considering opening a business account at this bank too but I will definitely not be doing that now and he informed me he will be immediately closing his accounts for his multiple businesses as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

  anti-Semitic bankers! They called me on Rosh Hashanah to argue with me about my account. Closing my account tomorrow, will never be back!

  My experience with this bank was not good at all they wouldn't help me with nothing I had a bank account for a year with money in it to keep it open till I get my taxes. But today I suppose to get my back taxes and get the deposit into my account but the manger linda would not help me closed my accounts bc I live out of state but after a faxed everything over she needed for her to fix it she changes her mind and closes it so now I gotta wait 5 more weeks to recive my 2015 taxes

  They keep locking my card... its mothers day and I cant even do anything... 10000$ in my acct but cant shop online for my family. Unbelieveable. Nobody at the fraud department will answer
