  Nice, friendly down to earth staff that listens to customers concerns, requests, etc and works with customers to get a good deal. Angelo and the staff are great and treat customers with respect and dignity unlike other car dealers in this area!

  My fiancé and i walked in 2 weeks ago today after looking at multiple buy here pay here places that claimed to be buy here pay here bit required almost half down on a car anx ungodly payments it was a super relief walking into express auto. We looked at a few vehicles and found a honda civic 5 speed that my fiancé and i fell in love with. Onky issue we had other bills that had to be paid first. So we had to wait two more weeks gor my next biweekly paycheck showed up. We went inside and were greeted by angelo with a giant smile. (Not one one of them creepy car salesman smile where they look like they are excited to take your money but a genuine smile that showed he truly wanted to help). So he gave us the application and explained everything to us we told him a price for down payment we were looking at and then not only had to lower it once but twice from 1000 to 800 down to 600 down payment cause my job screwed up my paycheck. He was still willing to work with us. Just yesterday we did up all the paperwork and gave him the cash and walked out with a new vehicle that i can drive/ride in that i dont have to worry if its going to explode or not. Due to my previous vehicle having a bent axel. I want to thank angelo for the help every step of the way. Lso for the caring and compassion you showed to our circumstances. We will definatly be buying more cars from here in the near future!

  Friendly service. They work with you no matter your credit history and the payments are very affordable. Very good selection of cars and you can't beat the free oil changes. Overall I would buy my next car from Express Auto.

  The people are really great and they got me a car really fast and took my old one that would barely move. But however since. I got the car I have put nothing but repairs into it. Every month there seems to be a new problem that's extremely costly on top of the payments I'm still making on the vehicle to own it. When I first test drove the car I felt wobbling on my passenger front tire. Now I'm broke down do to an extremely trusted out lower control. Unless your in a pinch do not put your money into a used car! I have given them 3 stars for the customer service alone.

  Carmen, unfortunately when dealing with used cars we don’t always know what might happen with them and we are a little bit at the mercy of technicians diagnosis of what going on. We spoke back in March and I was looking into your situation and what we could do to help. I left messages for Zach at that time. We are still happy to help in anyway possible if you had a mis-diagnosis when you originally bought your car in June of 2018. Please call our office so we can remedy this problem.

  This place advertises assistance to those who have made mistakes with their credit - and they mean it. I got the car a year and a half ago. Some months, I was able to pay extra, and some months, I had to pay late. They worked with me through every situation. I had some life changes, including job changes, and they worked with me at every turn, adjusting payments and talking to me about my options at every turn. They worked with me unlike anyone else I have ever encountered. They really mean it when they say they want to help rebuild credit and get people into a vehicle. Go here. It's worth it.

  I have bought 2 cars from exspress auto. Both times they really REALLY worked with me and helped me get a dependable car. Payments if u budget are easy to make and they honestly will work with you for Down payments and even payments. I went to mathews and 2 other dealers who only cared about getting 2,000 cash and my credit score. Express auto really do give a damn about customers and understand life and how it can be rough.   Where to start about express. I’ve done business with them for around 7 years and for the most part I would’ve said they were great. I mean other than the fact that they actually don’t report to the credit beuro even though they say they do and there interest rate is astronomicaly insane 26.9%. Things have gone down hill the customer service is always a attitude and no appreciation for being a valued customer. Thought the point of these sort of places were to help you with your credit but apparently not. Also not to mention that the last vehicle I got had so many issues that I finally had to just suck it up and pay to have it fixed because while i tried to reach express no one answered the phone and when I would show up I would get attitude as if I was bothering them also Nicole although was most professional Angelo and Jessica became so rude and made me feel like a ant they were trying to step on. I will never come back to get another vehicle glad I finished paying my car off. DONT GO HERE YOU CAN GET APPROVED THROUGH A CREDIT ACCEPTANCE PLACE AND NOT PAY A OUT RAGIOUS INTEREST RATE.

It is also unfortunate that you have inaccurate information about our interest rate as well as credit reporting. We pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our customers, which we obviously did with you to have you buy and finance several vehicles with us. Our interest rate is 19%. It has been 19% since we opened 14 years ago. Our terms are also a maximum of 2 1/2 years making the amount of interest you pay less than most standard financing options. We have reported to TransUnion for several years. You will see us on your credit report as Empire Auto Credit (our financing company). If for some reason your account was reported inaccurately please call our office at 607/429-0095.

  I have no idea what these bad ratings are all about. These folks are wonderful. Very flexible and understanding. I have terrible credit and I have a car. I'm grateful to Express Auto. Prices are semi reasonable and my Kia is fantastic. Plus.... free oil changes. Thanks Angelo and the rest of the crew.

  They are truly amazing and work with you!!! I just bought my second car from them and I will definitely buy another!!! Never had a issue with the vehicles I have bought! Amazing customer service!!!

  The owner promised to post pictures and did not. The owner stated they would contact me after the vehicle was ready. They did not. Totally unprofessional. I submitted all financial documents and was approved for financing and there was no communication. This is the most unprofessional dealer I have seen in upstate new York. They had the sale and with a little effort could have closed the deal. If it's that difficult for them to communicate then it would be near impossible for any warranty work to be completed. I would not recommend.
