      Navy Federal has demonstrated a vigilance unlike any seen. They only allow a small number of patrons inside at a time and every surface touched is disinfected. All the chairs have been removed to minimize the touched surfaces. There are partitions at every point of engagement and every person must have a mask and maintain the social distancing. And such is true at every location. Such measures make me comfortable in increasing my accounts values.

      I have been banking here for a long time get worst every time. Checks takes forever to come in and finally the straw that led to this was I deposited a check for over 10K and they somehow forgot to ask me for a endorsement in the back 4 days later the check came back and money was gone out of the account with no explanations. This seems to be my fault or problem all they had to do was say sorry not try to pin the problem back to me. In my world if you make a mistake man up to it don’t make it look like I did something wrong.

      It is impossible to get through to a real person on the telephone. NFCU routes everyone to a centralized call center, never to the actual branch office. I thought I mistakenly left important papers at a branch office, but I couldn't contact them to see if that was the case.

      Written on website open til 6:00pm. Drove down to NFCU on Dale Blvd. and gentleman at door and written on the door they close at 5:00pm. Your website needs to be accurate. I wasted time and gas.
