  Don't come to this ATM if you are trying to deposit money. The feature doesn't work. NFCU is already too far from anyone as is. Not enough locations. I drove over an hour on a Sunday to deposit money and couldn't. That sucks. They really need locations in Statesboro or Pooler. I'm so peeved right now.

  No phone number to get in touch with the actual bank I use. No drive through. Closes now at 5 was 4 still sooner then other banks not open on Saturday. The ATM is the bank we all stand in a line to deposit our checks and money. I've been paying my rent through my account then I'm not allowed too and it's cost me 200 in fees with my real estate company bc my payments didn't go through my real estate company called not my bank that is suppose to have my financial back the letter was put in mail, no phone number to call while I'm working to see what the problem is so I pay my rent for the 2nd time get off work run to the bank to ask what is going on they say it wasn't allowed have to transfer from savings to checking even though I've been doing it this way since I moved in so paid my rent the third time in 3 days. Single working mom thanks for the 200 down the toilet ya'll truly do care about your customers Not at all go somewhere else

  Dealt with a lady named Kristina Rooks. Hands down the best customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. I've never waited upon arrival and have always went directly to Kristina. The whole gang seems awesome, but look out for Rooks, she's an all-star.

  I was in and out about 3 mins and the teller was absolutely outstanding! I will definitely be back when I need to do anymore banking!!

  I needed to dispute a very large charge on my account and they would not help. I then took all the money out of my checking account and they still paid the disputed charge by taking money from my savings without telling me or having overdraft prtection.
