  I went to this Branch to make a withdrawal. The teller Neka, asked if I was ok and I couldn't help buy pour a bit of myself out as I just lost my Mother and was withdrawing money to cover her funeral cost. I appreciate the fact that she noticed all wasn't good with me that day. I received this card in the mail that was signed with a little message from her and a few other Co workers. This really made my day. Thank you Neka ❤️

  absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. Especially with security. Leaving the bank for good and all 9 of my military family members are leaving as well.

  Website says limited notary service without further clarification. Actual branch states they off no Notary services.

  Navy Fed-ROBBING young service members. Just like most Marines/Sailors who go here and are in their early 20s I had like a 650 credit score due to having never had a credit card. For an emergency I had to get a large personal loan to the tune of 11.6k, Navy Fed is the only one who would approve me, but for a disgusting 16.5% interest rate over 60 months without the option of re-financing it. I made payments on it for one year, then paid it off at tax time. All those payments must have been going straight to the interest because in total I gave them back 12900. Over $1300 in interest in ONE year. For the low-low cost of 2 arms 2 legs and your soul you TOO can get approved for a loan here. E3 and below and make under 23k a year? Great! No credit history? No problem! We'll rip you off regardless AND treat you like an idiot who knows nothing about finances because you're young!

  Typically a very busy bank, but usually has 3 tellers that are friendly and ready to help however possible. I've been very fortunate in only waiting less than 10 minutes to see a teller.

  The hours of operation are incorrect. They close at 5pm (1700) during the week and not at 7pm (1900). This bank will not release your funds immediately when you deposit a check on your mobile device. They release $200 and the rest in one to two business days depending on the amount. USA will release the full check amount immediately. This helps people who travel a lot greatly and is something Navy Federal should consider.
