  I love navy Federal as my bank. But this is by far the worst branch I have ever been in. It's always something,whether I'm trying to get a cashier's check for my rent. To the now more recent ATM taking my check and not depositing it. And when I told the teller what had happened,she knew exactly which ATM it was!! So you knew it was an issue an didn't even have a sign up or anything?!? Seriously avoid this branch at all cost if you actually need to do something that day, or really with your banking needs at all.

  Everytime I have used the drive thru here service is excessively slow. Something good needs to happen. Tellers need to figure out a better system to get the customers serviced in a timely manner.

  One of my favorite branches! The staff here is always so nice and helpful! They have lots of tellers at this branch so I rarely have to wait!

  They provide great service either being inside or using an ATM to deposit and withdraw cash! They also provide notary services which was quick and painless!

  The service is second to none. However the lines get long and the tellers are kind of slow. But that's not a deal breaker. Wouldn't be my first choice of branch to visit but the location is prime

  Locked me out of my account while disputing false charges. Threatened to garnish my wages. Forced to use NFCU for military pay. USE ANY OTHER BANK- this one works against personnel.
