Arthur Murphy1Extremely disappointed by lack of transparency. I opened an account on April 1st to cash savings bonds in preparation for a major purchase. Returned the following day and was told new members are limited to $1000 a day for first 30 days...Now 30 days later I am told that new members are limited to $1000 a day for the first 6 months... I asked for their policy in writing and after waiting 20 minutes was handed a printout from the treasury website with the boilerplate: "ask the bank if it will cash your [savings bond]. the answer may depend on how long you've held an account there." Not helpful at all...

Color splash Oof1Horrible! Every time I come here the line is 10-15 people and they have one, maybe two tellers! There was once I was in the drive thru at 4:40pm and they closed right as I pulled up. This has to be the worst location I have experienced in 30 plus years!

Matt1Poor service, really sad to see a place I've done business with for decades go down hill so quickly. Workers are rude, understaffed, and mismanaged. Frequently two employees will be standing around while one window teller window is open. I lack all trust in this bank.

Rusty Wilson5Provides service to active, retired their family and anyone thinking of joining. Location is easy to find and the staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of everyday banking.

Mike B1Nfcu is going downhill. International Card declining due to bank not working with many brands of card readers in Brazil. This was not the case last time i traveled. Noone in the credit card depart is picking up. I get transferred all around. No answers. Do not trust this bank with your travel needs. They are not what they were even 5 years ago.

Dane Hanson1The lines have been bad at this location almost since the beginning of the pandemic. There may be multiple lanes open at any particular time, but there is only one teller alternating between lanes, so the line regularly backs up to 10-12 cars deep. I'm even talking 2pm on a Monday or 430 on the same Monday! The worst instance I've had was arriving 45 minutes before closing, waiting my turn, having the security guard tell me with about 5 minutes left before closing and 3 cars in front of me that I wouldn't make it, deciding to wait it out anyway (since who turns away customers in line well before closing), and getting rejected at the teller terminal. What a waste of time! Fortunately, I have options. I'm also a member at the local credit union down the street, so I will continue to go and keep my money there.

M Bean1Each time I come to the drive thru to make a deposit is seems to be taking longer and longer. There was only 4 cars on each side ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes before it was my turn and this has turned into a normal occurrence. I don’t understand why the drive thru is so slow, do you need to open additional tellers to move the line more speedy? I know covid has slowed things but this is beyond unacceptable! I have several small children so the drive thru is more convenient for me but at this point it’s almost at the point of me debating switching credit unions.

Nick C.1I have been a member for 34 yrs and they have great rates, but the Lexington Park branch is not business friendly; no drop box and every time I go and deposit bus checks, it takes way too long (up to 30 min even before COVID), because they try to clear every check on the spot. A lot of their processes are cumbersome and very time-consuming. If their rates weren't so good and I had so much time with them, I would definitely go somewhere else. Furthermore, during the COVID situation, their walk-in service is closed and waiting in line for the outside teller/ATM takes on average 1 hour plus to make a deposit or any other transaction you can't do online!!!!!

CT L5I only come here when I need cash and signature authorization. The line is rarely empty which is normal but I have never had to wait too long. Usually, ATM is good enough for me. Tellers are friendly and professional. I use App for deposit few checks here and there online. Mortgage application is handled over the internet but a dedicated agent will be assigned for each case. This is a great bank.

Kellie Freeman1If USAA had its own bank around here that’s who I’d be banking with. Ever since the COVID pandemic began the lines have been ridiculous to say the least. The past 3 days both ATMS have not been working - only making banking impossible at this point for people who just need a quick deposit or withdrawal. Expect to spend at least an hour waiting on line here to get your business done.
