  I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the Silverton team. More specifically Alesia and Rachel. They were both amazing. We had such a short window to close and they made it happen!   I didn't have to guess where my clients were in their mortgage approval process. She sent regular updates at each stage of the process and I knew exactly when they were out of underwriting, when the appraisal was ordered, etc. I never had to reach out to her as she automatically kept me updated. She had the entire approval and loan packet to the attorney several days before the actual closing date. I could not have been more pleased!
