  After I tried depositing my check on the mobile app I came to the ATM that wasn't taking the check either. I want to go inside the branch the front desk closed the door and didn't want to help me out I asked for the manger she claimed she was. When I went next day to the branch I was told she wasn't the manager she was a greeter.

  1.) Been with them since 2009, and still have to jump through fire to get loans, credit card limit increases, refinancing, etc. Credit is very good, plus I make a great amount of income. 2.) On 04/07/2022, I recently came into the local NFCU branch to deposit an Certified Check from PenFed. Upon depositing the check, I was told that their would be only an 1 business day hold on the account. Saturday 04/09/2022, I checked my account for my account balance. And my checking account was negative, due to NFCU placing an additional 5 day hold on my check for suspected fraud!! After spending 2 hours on the phone with their representatives and even stopping by my local NFCU branch. I still wasn’t able to get a clear understanding of why this happened, after being told it would clear in 1 business day. After this experience from NFCU and other outrageous reasons. I will be taking my deposits and business over to PenFed today!!!!

  I get overwhelmed by how very kind, calm, professional and helpful the Customer Service employees are! Nice to hear a human being and not someone that sounds like a robot that goes above and beyond to help!

  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I've never had to wait too long to be helped even during busy times. They have some of the best rates and by far the best dividends I've ever seen. I have saved so much with them and have been able to stay on top of my finances.

  I have been a navy federal member for 20+ years, this location is one of the best. Easy fast and great customer service. LUIS IS GREAT! So positive and he had a GREAT attitude , got me in and out ! If you go to this location, he will take care of you.

  The level of service I receive at this branch is exceptional. Stacy and Sam really stands out above the rest. They are extremely polite and their attitude towards their job is exemplary. Customer Service at its best!! Thank you.

  Doug was GREAT!! My first Navy Federal experince was wonderful! Doug made me feel at home! I appreciate all the information that he gave me about Navy Federal! Can’t wait to speak to Doug about a credit card and auto loan! Thanks so much!

  My experience was horrible. The bank teller named Sam treated me like a criminal. I always use my work card to do transactions. I feel because i look a certain way i was targeted. Then she basically accused me of it not being my card saying my name wasnt on it. I never get treated like a second class citizen and i will not start being treated as such. I had to go to the Atm and i was charged 3 dollars. Smh.
