  I joined Navy Federal in 1996 while I was stationed in DC. They were the best then, but now they have lost their luster. The branch in Stockbridge is always overcrowded and some of the personnel have very nasty attitudes. I opened accounts with USAA and have switched my direct deposits to them. They are what Navy Federal used to be. I only keep my accounts with Navy Federal just in case I need to actually walk into a bank which unfortunately I dread when banking with Navy Federal.

  NFCU is a good credit union, but this branch has not kept up with the rising membership. Long lines and only two tellers doesn't cut it. They also do not have a coin counting machine but wll offer you coin wrappers! I may switch back to my previous credit union back in Philadephia!

  Always packed never any parking. Cars blocking spaces etc. NFCU really need to open another branch in the area. I really hate driving 30 mins to this one just to deal with the parking nightmare.

  Best credit Union or bank in the nation. Treats it's member with respect and kindness. You can never go wrong joining NFCU. The people giving it bad reviews are lazy and impatient. You can't beat NFCU's rates, online banking, credit cards, loans etc. USAA can't touch NFCU.

  How do NONE of your ATMs take deposits?!?! I love 45 mins away, drove all the way out here and NONE of the THREE machines worked!! How!?!???? I bet next time I go to the Clairmont Road Branch!

  I have been to many Navy Federal credit Union banks all over the word. My favorite one is in Great Lakes, IL, My home town! 😊 This one is the sorriest one that I have ever seen, Long lines, Slow, Parking is very difficult, and out dated.

  Covid has not stopped this branch from providing outstanding customer service. The parking lot is entirely too small but the service is definitely 5 star!

  Stand in line for 30 mins lobby closed and they only letting two people in at a time it’s seems as if every two people take 15 mins the the next two are allowed in. They are moving slow as if they have no care in the world the the line is wrapping around the building .

  I dealt with Nikki at the front desk. She needs to work on her customer service skills and also listen before cutting someone off to answer their questions. I got a very rude vibe from her. I asked her a question three times in three different ways but she kept cutting me off giving her same answer.

  Terrible parking, ATM's are generally not functioning properly, and customer service is sub par. We have 2 Veterans in my family and this bank is a terrible representation of a Government Based Federal Credit Union.
