  Not a traditional NFCU. This is basically for loans and questions you have. There are no tellers to deposit or withdraw money. Does have two ATMs one outside one inside. This is basically a test bank there is another on in California. I took a loan out and was approved in less the 5 minutes. Had two questions answered they helped me with. Very, very knowledgeable and friendly.

  I needed to deposit cash at this location and they don't have the traditional teller availability. The said I could deposit the cash in the ATM, which is fine, but I needed to have cash directly deposited into my account to use right away to pay my NFCU car note. The lady at the door desk (greeter) said the cash deposit to the ATM, would be available immediately, but I didn't trust it. If you need a traditional deposit, don't bank here.

  Why does this location not handle cash ? Couldn't even make a deposit in the inside of the bank .. SMH

  So this location is basically a staffed atm if you need to withdrawal more than 1000.00 they can’t help you
