  This is a great Navy Federal location. The staff makes a great effort to be friendly and professional. They alway attempt to mange the lines to get you out of there in a reasonable time period and for that I am grateful. Of course there may be the periods when a lot of people show up at the same time but for the most part great service. Keep it up Navy Federal 👍

  Excellent customer service, rarely a long wait in line. I've always preferred credit unions as they offer free checking and generally have lower and few fees. If you open an e-checking account you can get up to $10 a month reimbursed in ATM fees.

  I've had nothing but a great experience here. Went in on Tuesday 15 till 10am and was quickly seen to open an account and apply for a car loan. By 10:44am I was done and approved. Came out with my check. Thanks Mr. Hasan for such a phenomenal experience. Absolutely professional🤗

  PROS: Tellers are always friendly and work as fast as possible. Lines as of late have not been as long as they were when I first started coming here two years ago. There's always an off-duty cop as security. CONS: To be this far out from DC it's still too much traffic in this branch and I have to agree with someone else that the parking lot layout should have been mapped out better, especially for the drive thru.

  Every time I came, the branch closed the counters (for all kind of reasons) and I had to drive thru at long line for cash advance.

  The best Navy Federal around! You get in and go! The lines can get long at certain hours but it moves slow but fairly well. Most of the time I come I always receive great customer service.

  The drive thru needs serious improvement. On any given day its at least an 8 car back up. But, go inside and tellers are idle - perhaps better management is the answer.

  Member services best in industry. I worked for credit unions all over Virginia and USA. Navy Federal credit union sets the standard that no bank can think about matching. [email protected]

  for this to be such a great credit union they sure don't hire the greatest employees. The branch manager is the worst of them all, her name is SYRENA, SHE IS THE MOST ANTAGONISTIC PERSON IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE BRANCH MANAGER IS DEPLORABLE.

  The service was great they had some at door who had you sanitize your hands at door; and they directed you to a waiting teller.
