  Daughters name and address was used to open a debit Visa card. She does not have an account. Contacted member services to speak to SECURITY I was transferred to FRAUD. MS Rep was unprofessional and hostile as was the FRAUD rep. The MS rep I previously spoke to was very informative and transferred me to SECURITY that department was closed.

  They do not comprehend what their customers are asking for very well. You have to speak with them very slowly. With that, they also are very authoritative without a hint of respect for you. I'd just use the app instead, it works better.

  Amazing customer service at door. Very helpful. Representative is very polite,helpful. You say a comment, Rep responds/acknowledges you,right away. Place,spitless clean. Hand sanitizer, at entrance & at exit. Thank you.

  Went to our branch today Aug 5th and it was closed. Blanco and 1604. No notification on app, email or letter. The locations in San Antonio are far apart so so type of notification would have been nice. When asking employees at other branch whats was going on they state they are not aware. Makes banking here feel very uncomfortable. Horribke service at the Bandera Rd location has horrible service went in to open business account and they refused to help me. They state they do not have a business count person when their website says they do.

  We needed to make a transaction at this location and the guy at the front door would not let me assist my handicap wife to the counter. Said I had to wait outside. Shame on you.

  NFCU rewards you in every way they can.. I refinance my truck here with the lowest percentage rate in San Antonio and Helotes ... they rate above all other banks and credit unions ....

  I do my business with the one on bandera road. The staff are very friendly and professional. Have not one bad thing to say aboot this location...👍🇺🇸.

  The inability to deposit cash in the ATM on weekends is extremely inconvenient and behind the competition.
