I am active duty Navy and have been for 21 years and this is the worst branch I have ever been too. The staff is friendly and efficient but between Navy federal policies and the location, its *always* overcrowded with rude customers. There is no benefit to being active duty and banking with NFCU at Scott AFB.

Outstanding credit union. I've been with them for many years. My whole family are members. They have some of the best new & uses car rates in the country. Their online & mobile banking is highly user friendly, all our banking products in the palm of our hands. Plus, they have a rewards program that's second to none.

I love banking with NFCU, but every single time I come to this location their ATM isn’t working! It’s very frustrating. This is my 3rd time out here in 3 weeks and STILL the ATM isn’t accepting deposits! The lines are ridiculous and they’re very slow inside! I wish they’d get it together with how they handle in person and ATM issues.

I love my branch an their customer service skills an communication is great. I also got my husband to become a member to take advantage of the great experience I've received as well as their opportunity's for there valued customers. Keep up the great work guys. It's greatly appreciated and needed when dealing with and in the banking industry's. There's no fear with Navy Federal holding and dealing with your money. Trustworthy is a major key.

I just love them. Friendly, professional, always helpful and smiling. During COVID they adjusted well and kept the same energy. I’ve been with navy federal 14 years and don’t plan on leaving.

I have traveling all over awhile being in the navy and have used many NFCUs but this is by far the best one. They are extra welcoming and professional. No other location has shown me the same level the respect and courtesy of working with me and explaining to me pros and cons of their different products and services. I actually look forward to going to this bank and talking to the workers.

I love Navy Federal.. from the bank managers to the tellers. They are very nice, concern about any problems and they will go out their way to help a member... One day I left my debt card at the post office. The post office call the Shiloh branch to find out if they knew me. Within minutes the assistant manager went to the post office and pick up my card and notified me. Number#1 In my book!!!

I deposit some money into my daughter's account. I was asked my name, I told them after giving my name they check to see did I have an account there even after I told them I did not. They let me deposit money into my daughter's account, but when I asked could they give me a $50 bill in exchange for 3, 20's that I had (they would give me $10 back plus the $50) they told me, "We or low on $50 bill so we can not accommodate you." I could not understand why I was told that until I went to my bank which is Bank of America and explain what happened. They told me that because I was not a member some banks have a policy not to exchange bills. I thought that was very Petty of the Navy Credit Union because even if I was considering being a member, I don't want to negotiate business with them again. Not a fan!
