      I have been banking with Navigator so years and couldn’t imagine using another credit union. The staff is always very helpful and go above and beyond to assist with any needs!! The branch in Hurley MS is quickly becoming my favorite go to location, although any branch I’ve visited in MS has always been very helpful.

      Been banking with them for years now. They are always helpful whenever I have an issue come up and is always promptly taken care of with no stress. When I have to use a teller to cash a check, I don't ever have to wait in line long, if at all.

      My mother passed away. And has a loan. Took the will, obituary, and had the account number. Also I am executor of her estate. They would not give me any information as to her debt. Said I need her death certificate. The state is behind on issuing them. And the life insurance will be in before that comes in. And would have been paying off the loan and getting title transferred to my name on payoff since I am beneficiary of her estate. I will never use them personally nor will I recommend them. All her other debts were extremely easier to get taken care of than them.

We deeply regret your experience at Navigator has added to your distress. A death certificate is usually required to provide access to a Member's financial arrangements with our Credit Union, and you can likely understand why that is. However, there are sometimes special circumstances such as the current delay in issuance, and we've reached out to see if there is any way we can help. If you will email a copy of the will and the obituary to [email protected], ATTN: Tara, we'll present those for legal review and hopefully be able to release the information you have requested.
