  Amazing Customer Experience at the Front Street location on Saturday October 22nd, 2016. From the bank teller who deposited our checks to the gentleman in the first office who helped my husband and I with information on Auto Loans. I wish I could remember both of their names because they are exemplary employees. The customer service was phenomenal and It made me happy to be a Navigant Credit Union banker.

  I have been trying to get a personal loan. Navigant makes it as hard as possible to get a loan. My family is struggling and instead of getting back to quickly so I can help my family; I get put off. Rachel was a good help but this back and forth turned me off and ended up with a different bank. My credit is lower and I am beyond frustrated with navigant. Thank for lowering my credit instead of helping me fix it.

  Steer clear of Navigant if you plan on investing money from your account. I've called up several times to approve specific investing charges from my debit card that they deemed "suspicious activity" and yet they still cancel them. Investing is a time sensitive thing so by them preventing me from accessing my own money, they cost me hundreds of dollars. Thanks Navigant!

  ATM is always out of order. I got an acct at this location because is within walking distance. Sadly, the ATM is down 90% of my visits.
