  I wish everything in life was as easy as getting this mortgage. We downsized recently. Bought a smaller house. Everything went so smooth from beginning to end and Colin was available whenever we had questions which was often. I recommend Colin at Navesink Home Loans. I shopped rates and he was the lowest and picked up the phone on a Sunday at 5:00PM. I was sold.

  This was our second time working with Colin. The first time was about 9 years ago. He came to our house twice throughout the process to explain all of the numbers and collect paperwork. Lowest rate we could find. We're glad we called him again.

  I just bought my first house with the help of Colin at Navesink Home Loans and am so happy with everything. He was very professional and very efficient. The rate he offered was much lower than every other offer I received and no junk fees. He picked up the phone everytime I called and returned texts immediately. I highly recommend Colin if you're buying a new home. We love this house!!
