  Tracy has been my stylist since I moved to Knoxville a year ago. She does this amazing red blonde melt color with my hair, that I absolutely love and get so many complements on. She’s great at listening and understanding exactly what I’m wanting to try with my style. I highly recommend this salon, and Tracy!

  Alivia gave me the best facial I have ever had, and my skin is actually glowing. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and gracious. I appreciate having such an amazing visit, and will definitely be back!

  Got a cut and color. I'll start off by saying I love my haircut! It's so perfect I couldn't be more pleased with it. The color on the other hand is disapointing. It was way overpriced for what I got. I paid $120 and my hair looks the exact same. My own fiance couldn't see a difference and for $120 I feel like there should be a noticeable change. I did give the guy artistic freedom because I just wanted something different and thought if I gave him freedom he would enjoy it more and give me an awesome new look. But it literally just looks how it did before I walked in. So it was really disappointing to spend 2 hours in a salon and have to pay that much money for nothing basically. So I give my hair cut 5 stars color gets a 1. Update: so they were really nice and called me to come back in and get my hair fixed on them. It looks much better now. I have this beautiful silver blonde color that goes great with my new haircut. Dexter really did a great job and he was really nice and honest.

  Christine is fabulous! She is very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. The salon is always very neat and clean and everyone is very nice.

  Dexter is absolutely amazing!! I have been coming to see him for a few years, and every time I come in I am never disappointed! He is super honest, gives his opinion but also keeps what I have in mind as an idea. Every time I come in, I love what we come up with even more than the idea I had when I walked in!!! I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone that I know. Absolutely love him and wouldn’t trust anyone to basically do anything to my hair!

  Dexter is amazing, and I wouldn’t let anyone else cut my hair after seeing him. He is meticulous, dedicated, and has exceptional skills. I came in with a complicated haircut that other stylists I had asked told me they wouldn’t be comfortable trying it out, but Dexter was confident and executed the cut perfectly. I get so many compliments and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

  We stopped by last night to get some information and they were so friendly! I was so excited to try and get my hair done here while my husband is in town for business. I called this morning and wasn’t sure of my schedule today and the lady ( I think Shannon) was initially rude to start with. I called back later and she said they could get me in later tonight but it didn’t work for me, she then tried to tell me and my husband that she could get me in at 1:45 for a consultation but couldn’t do my hair till next week, then proceeded to say that the consultation would cost us money when it clearly is complimentary according to their website. I get it’s last minute but there’s no need to be rude and inconsistent, whoever is over scheduling needs an update on customer service

  We are very sorry that we were not able to accommodate your last minute request on a busy Friday. Our scheduling staff have been with us for a number of years, and we are confident they had absolutely no intention of sounding rude in answering your questions or offering you appointment availability for the day. We currently do not charge for color consultations and do apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding in that regard. We hope you will give us the opportunity to change your mind about us the next time you are in town.

  I convinced my husband to try an Aveda salon vs. a barber for the first time when we moved to Knoxville. Kim has worked with him ever since - he has the BEST haircut he's ever had and we both love Kim! She's so nice in addition to being a great stylist. So, I was back in Chicago often enough to continue seeing my Aveda salon stylist there. Then, while accompanying my husband on one of his appointments with Kim, I watched Molly cut another client's hair and was so impressed. I've now stopped seeing my stylist in Chicago and go to Molly instead. I LOVE how she cuts my hair and she's an artist with color. I completely trust her judgement - the changes she recommended were not major, but they make such a big difference in my overall cut and color. I'm really happy with how she talks through her ideas and makes sure I agree. And what a lovely soul to boot - so happy I found her.
