  Elizabeth Fisher was an excellent loan officer. Nationwide has a great staff that was very accommodating to my unique needs. I had a very difficult property that needed special attention from lenders, agents and title companies. The staff at nationwide was the very best at working with difficult problems with the other entities and aiding in their resolution without any extra costs to me and my husband. They were quick to respond to my needs and the needs of all the entities involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Elizabeth Fisher or her team at Nationwide to any of my closest friends or family members. Excellent service! 100% the Best!

  David with Nationwide Home Loans is by far the most intelligent and versatile loan officer I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m a realtor and the value of having a loan officer who goes above and beyond, and has a variety of really incredible programs can’t be understated! David has been able to help my clients who have unique challenges, when no other lender can. He has resources and tools in his repertoire that very few other lenders even know about, which has been a saving grace for so many of my clients.   To start off I would just like to say that I am an active duty Marine and as being such when looking for a mortgage broker there were a few things that were a must for me. They must be Honest, reliable, accountable, determined, but over all they must be a genuinely good company that would treat me like family and not just another number in the system. Well NHL knocked it out of the park to say the least. This was hands down the most professional/family oriented company I have ever worked with. This is my first house and they were extremely helpful every step of the way. The communication was excellent and there was never a moment where I was concerned or didn’t know what to do. They walked me threw the whole process and helped make buying my first home a very enjoyable and exciting experience! They will definitely be the first company I look to if i ever buy another house and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Wow! That’s what comes to mind when I think about Nationwide Home Loans. David and his team helped me get into a home 3 years ago using the Lease Option program and it’s been the best experience I’ve had in real estate. It was such a great Opportunity that now I’m ready to sell the property and am going to make a great profit on the back end. David and Nationwide Home Loans are top notch.

  I worked with Rob Covarrubias, rates are very competitive, you'll find them especially so if comparing with a local bank in Oklahoma. Knowledge was superior, I was very surprised to see that when given a breakdown of their fees. I would only expect that level of service with paying a premium in fees. They don't charge you an origination fee or load you up on other fees. My particular deal didn't work out because of a loan minimum requirement I think it was 120k, I was trying to get a loan for an investment property and in that zip code the medium home price is lower than that. Even after this point, he was diligent in trying to find another solution and provided another quote for the local bank for an updated comparison. And tonight just followed up with a text Rob with Nationwide will certainly be my first call on any higher purchase point investment properties and my next primary residence and would highly recommend him to you!

  Nationwide home loans INC. has been really great with their services. This was my second time closing with them and I always received clarification to my questions or concerns promptly. The whole process, both times, went smoothly and without any problems. David is very professional, knowledgeable and always helpful and was always available to assist with any questions I had. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them next time.

  Initially, very informative, quick to respond to any questions/concerns about the loan. They worked through a couple of hiccups on my credit and was able to give me a good deal. I've known David (the owner) for sometime now. He's very professional in the way he conducts himself and handles the business transactions. Furthermore, he got me in touch with one of his colleagues to handle my commercial loan. So far, I'm happy with the way things are going. I will continue to work with Nationwide and will forward their information on every opportunity to whoever needs a loan to buy a house or refinance thier existing loans Big thumbs up to both the owner and his team!

  David and Hector worked hard to get us a great interest rate. I have refinanced twice with Nationwide and David was very helpful both times. We are saving over $700/month from original mortgage. I definitely recommend using Nationwide and David for any mortgage loans.
