  Nations Lending was amazing to work with. Doug went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the time he spent assuring us and answering any questions we had no matter how many times we thought we were bugging him, he made it perfectly clear that's what he was there for. We had a great experience and would 100 percent recommend Doug and his team! We were turned away by Rocket Mortgage and Nations Lending made up for that and we are thankful we got to work with them because they made the process way smoother than the first go round.

  We are first time home buyers and were very nervous about the process. From the first time we stepped in the office they made us feel so comfortable and informed us about any and everything we needed to know. They held our hand threw the whole process and kept us updated with everything. The are very organized, informative and overall just good people. Tara which is the assistant was always there and always was available for questions. Bill and Kim did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone trying to buy a house. Great people, great experience and Excellent company.

  Friendly, Customer oriented , Professional....These are only a few words that describe the excellent service that I received from this company. Bill and his team worked with me from the beginning to the end of my loan process. Stayed in touch with me and answered any questions I had. The day before my closing there was a problem with my paperwork...Bill and Kim worked non-stop in order for me to meet the closing deadline!! Provided me with all the information that I might need in the future... For that I am extremely grateful! Oh, forgot to mention that birthday was a few days before closing and Bill surprised me with a birthday email! Not only did it make my day, it made me laugh!! They also stopped by to congratulate me on the purchase of my home! So needless to say, not was I taken care of during the process...I was treated like family!! Keep up the Great Work!

  When we began the journey to buy our first home, our amazing realtor and friend recommended that we reach out to Bill Frazier at Nations Lending to see what we can afford. From that very first phone call, Bill was so patient with us! We spent time talking about what we wanted, how much we could afford and what he could do to make our dreams come true. Once we finally found our home, we put the offer on it and strapped in for the ride!! Even through some delays with our builder and delays with paperwork that we had to send for review, Bill and his team, Kim and Melanie, were with us every step of the way!   Great company, great people, great service! Bill and his team are truly one of a kind. I came into Bill’s office after a referral from an old coworker and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. If you are looking for an honest company with people that will literally work day and night to get you into your new home(literally), E Mortgage Management is the place to go! I’m a young guy and this being my first time buying a home I simply walked into Bill’s office just to get information on what it takes to buy a home and he walked me through every step.He even made me a plan to build my credit and just a couple of months later we were closing on our first home.   Bill and his team have been a godsend for our home buying process. I really don't think words can truly express the magnitude of how amazing they have been. Tara a member of his staff has always been available to help with the processing of paperwork, from printing files for us, to having paperwork 100% ready for us to sign when we came in. Bill Frazier has worked tirelessly through getting our USDA loan situated and approved, even through the huge hick ups that my personal finances caused. If there were truly knights in shinning armor, Bill Frazier would be the Mortgage Knight in Shinning armor.
