  Highly recommend the team at Nations Lending. With the challenges of buying in today’s market, there’s zero margin for error or delays. Tom Ward and Britt Weber are professional mortgage lenders with years of industry experience that will keep things moving relentlessly to the finish line. You don’t have to worry that they just opened a new checking account and gave away a free toaster, or signed up the last customer with a credit card or safe deposit box, and now it’s your turn with the most important purchase you’ll ever make. This is all they do, and it really matters. We first went to our large local bank where we’ve had a long relationship with multiple accounts and who claims to be a big player in the mortgage industry. Due to a lack of expertise on behalf of the “Senior Mortgage Loan Officer” we had a very bad experience which directly caused us to have to withdraw our first offer and miss out. That’s when our real estate agent recommended Nations Lending and what a difference! We just closed on our dream home. Experience counts! Don’t put yourself in a position to have a bad one, call NL first.
