  I am so glad I decided to work with Chris Short from Nations Lending. He made my first time buying a home so easy. He was so patience with all of my questions. He has an amazing team as they were all great at communicating. They all worked both quickly and diligently to help close our loan within 30 days. I definitely recommend both Chris Short and Nations Lending!

  As the new kid to town, Bev has made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was able to provide me with the means to secure not only my first home but my dream home. She and her team have been amazing. I don't think this would have been possible without out them. When the time came to refinance after some additions, they were right there by my side to make it happen. They fought to get me what I wanted and made the process easy. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not recommend or use anyone else.

  Getting a mortgage while buying a home during this time period (with CoVid, etc.), is difficult & stressful. These folks made the process easier by being very responsive to my questions & concerns & keeping me informed at each step during the process. I would use them again.

  Excellent service! These ladies are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the loan process. They always pick up the phone when they can and communicate flawlessly. You just don’t come across people who work this hard very often anymore, Beverly and her team are a rose amongst thorns.

  To start I want to say thank you to Chris and his team for making My boyfriend and I’d dream and hard work into being able to buy a beautiful home for our growing family! Without there guidance and being able to call or text Chris for assistance (literally at any hour of the night) we wouldn’t of been able to do it. We had a lot on our plate from me trying to get my credit score up to being pregnant with our 3rd baby, and working full time and having 2 kids under the age of 3, while trying to start the process of buying a house and looking for a house. Chris and his team were very patient and helpful. Finally was able to land the house we wanted! My surgery for having our daughter was 10/01/2021 and our closing date was 10/6/2021. We were missing a document and from the help of Chris, he drove and meet up with a family member for us to get the document we needed to be able to go to closing. The process was stressful with all the documents and paperwork but Chris and his team made it manageable and helped us understand anything that we needed clarification on. I highly recommend Chris and his team for anybody buying a house, you won’t be sorry or second guessing yourself.

  We have used Nations previously for home purchases and refinancing. Chris Short always aims to please and the staff at Nations lending made this process the best ever. From asking about refinancing options to officially closing was about 3 weeks, in my opinion it's unprecedentedly fast in today's market to turn something around this quick. Thanks again Chris and the entire staff at Nation's lending for making this a fabulous experience. We will be certainly recommending you and your firm to everyone!
