  I have Sentimental diamond bracelet from my ex that passed away unexpectedly i pawned it for $140 on 10/17/2021 only missed 2 payments because of new system they were putting in none of my receipts have no balance on what I owe left but they wrote on it saying last month $203.00 as of 5/25/2022 so why make payments monthly if it isn't getting paid off balance isn't going down its going up payments are caught up tomorrow I will be making another payment just as soon as my money comes which is soon I'm getting it out definitely won't be back

  Sylvia, we go around and around about this every time you come in. You pawned your item 9/17 not 10/17 (10/17 is when your payment was due by.) Your first payment was not paid till December. Also your loan is due every 30 days, NOT every month. 7 months of the year we have 31days THAT is why your due date changes. I have tried to explain this to you in store on many occasions but every time you get all hot and bothered and won't let me get a single word in. Hope you have a wonderful day. Best regards, -Scott

  Dont buy a atv or scooter here. They get reject units from other shops in town you are better off going to a real dealership

  I have to say that this little pawn shop has got about everything that you might need. I have pawned stuff here several times and I have never had a problem with them. I love the fact that they go to extremes to make your service here a great one. I have also purchased several things from this pawn shop and they are always great quality. They get 5 stars from me!!!

  I gave it 5 stars because I've thought the owner was an amazing guy forever. Its really the only pawn shop ive ever been to and I've always gone there because Denny has always been good to me. I haven't been as happy about things lately but I saw the response he gave a woman below and I think that's fair and true..technology moves quickly and the average things go from being high prices to next to nothing to buy new so I think its difficult for people as well as him. I used to pawn jewelry more and was always happy. I like going someplace where the owners there and willing to talk to you if you have an issue. Thats not something you'll get from the chains. I buy almost everything I get tech wise from there and he always stands behind it. I think people need to do more shopping at stores like that as fast as people pawn things you can find electronics a lot less of the same quality as in the stores.

  Great pawn shop, great employees, I lost my speakers, they had them for sale on the floor for almost 300, they let me buy them back for what I pawned them for plus intrest. Plus their intrest is 5% less on a loan then competitors. Highly recommend

  I husband passed away an with 5 kids I had to pay bills all by myself and no one would give me what I needed to keep my utilities on till I went to National Pawn they helped me get through the most unbearable times no matter what happened I could call and they really cared about my situation and help me through it it's been 12 or more yrs I lost count Thank all of you we love an miss you

  If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I don't know why, but days later, I am just so bothered by my experience here. I have to say something. Ok, so I went to this pawnshop the other day, only because it is currently the highest rated pawn shop in KC, according to Google. I have never had to pawn anything in my life. So, this is where I went, but I will NEVER return. First off, I was completely ignored by the mexican guy behind the counter. He looked right at me as he walked past me, never greeting me, never asked if I needed assistance, even though I'd been standing there for a few minutes. He threw something in the trashcan and went straight over to a computer, where he just stood there. To me, he did not seem to be doing anything of importance, he was just standing there, staring at the screen with his hand on the mouse. Then he pulls out his phone and starts texting, walks right past me again never even looks up from his phone and goes into another room and shuts the door. Meanwhile, I am still standing there. The other guy was talking on the phone about his dinner plans. So, I just stood there. Trying to be patient and wait my turn. I noticed a little mexican girl carrying an air compressor, coming down the stairs. This really bothered me. Why on earth is this tiny little girl carrying something so heavy, down the stairs, when there are 2 MEN standing around, texting and talking on the phone, basically doing nothing?!!! She saw me, came over, asked if I'd been helped. I said no and she quickly took care of me. Even though my gold jewelry turned out to be heavily plated, she was very kind to me. After she helped me, she went back to carrying more heavy items down the stairs. I felt bad for her. I decided to look around and enjoy the air conditioning for alittle while longer. I was looking at the jewelry when the mexican guy walks by. Again, he ignored me and went back over to stand there, staring at his computer screen. Two men come into the store, the other guy greets them and wanders off to help one of the guys, leaving the other guy standing at the counter. I watch to see if the mexican guy will help him, but he just continues to ignore him, just like he ignored me. I hear the doorbell ring, the mexican guy rushes to the counter and promptly helps the mexican man who has just entered the store. Completely ignoring the other guy who was there before. If this is not racist on that mexican guys part, then perhaps I am just being overly sensitive. I have been a manager in retail for over 15 years. I would never allow my employees to go around treating people this way. I hope this mexican guy is not the store manager here, but if he is, he needs to be fired.

  The owner sold my son a gun that was defective. If something would have happened where he would have had to use it, he may have lost his life. The owner didn't refund his money or take responsibility, he said it was the manufacturer's problem. BAD BUSSINESS! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THERE.

  Hi Terry, We spoke on the phone last night about this issue. You bought a Brand new American Tactical AR on 12-14-18 and called 2-22-19 stating you wanted a refund because the firearm had failure to eject. As I said over the phone this is most likely a lubrication issue (you did state you have never lubed or cleaned this rifle) or a ammo issue. (ARS run best when really lubed up and with high quality ammo.) I would be more than happy to look at the rifle and clean and lube it up for you. If by chance it is not a lubrication issue and a MFG defect I would be willing to help you send this rifle off for repair/replacement with American Tactical and offer a free FFL xfer when the repair or replacement comes in. (American tactical has a lifetime warranty.) If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
