  I have a had my car for a week now and love it alot thanks to Lupe my car salesman it was his idea for me to get this car. If you go to big lot car credit I recommend Lupe to be your car salesman.

  I loved my entire experience here absolutely the best customer service!!! Christian was my car sales men and he was an absolute saint he went above and beyond to help me and make sure i was happy and comfortable with my choice of vehicle. Ill woukd recommend this place for anyone !!!!

  I walked in after getting into a car accident because I have horrible credit and I can't get approved anywhere else. I have never bought a car on my own before and didn't know all the little things to look at and they saw that and took advantage of that. Yes they got me a rate that I can afford but the car is a piece of crap. I have had this car for 2 months and every day I find something else that is messed up or something new that breaks. After a month of owning this car the check engine light started coming on. Even just yesterday I was driving down the highway and the water shield fell off the bottom of the car. But of course everything that is going wrong on the car isn't covered under the warranty. I am just very unhappy with the car and now I am stuck with it because they did not tell me what my window was to bring it back if I was unhappy with it and I found out too late. I don't recommend Big Lot Car Credit just because this car is a piece of junk.

  I love Big Lots I was looking for a car and did not think i qualified they informed i could not go through a bank. i was so upset until Rick said oh we can finance you. Thanks Big Lots oh yeah even the guy that sits next to him is COOL aka BIG BELLY KELLY.

  this car lot is horrible ! they get over on lots of people putting them in upside down loans because they think people are desperate to get a car. I myself did not get a car from here but the customer service is HORRIBLE, steve the younger one is very rude ! also the 2 men who sit behind the glass are rude ! they tell you one price then keep changing it especially around income tax season. These people are scammers please donot get a car from here
