  As a first time home-buyer and being self employed, I wasn't sure what to expect and how difficult it would be to apply for a home loan. Nate and his team were great to work with and made the entire process go smoothly. The portal was easy to use and a great way to view any updates. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Nate and Terri were there to respond right away. Their great communication is valued! They made sure I had a fast closing.
