Thomas J Horner lll5I've use to deliver to Wallops Island NASA from the year February 14,2004 until April 17,2007. I explained to the representative of the Credit Union, I always wanted to opened an account but ever delivery forget stop there to open one. Today I'm happy that I finally got the chance to. The Staff was professional and informative. This made me comfortable and at carry on with business.
Response from the ownerThank you for your stellar review Thomas. We're so happy to have you as a Member. If you are on the go, we have a great mobile banking app that you can use to check your balances, lock your cards, make payments, check your credit score and much more. Plus we share ATMs and branches across the nation (7-Eleven ATMs are fee free too!) so no matter where you are making deliveries, you'll have convenient options nearby. Thank you again for leaving a review and we look forward to serving you!

Mickey Fields1They were advertising their $0 down Zero PMI loans down here in Florida. I fell for it hook line and sinker. Applied. I have great credit and great job making great money but they said I don't qualify for that loan because part of my pay is commission and I have to be at the same job for 24 month and I have only been there for 15 months. It's ashamed I leave my employer after 8 years and get a job making much more money only to have it counted against me. Not like I job hop. I could have probably accepted that and moved on, but then they told me they could get me a loan with 3.5% down with PMI. LOL. Then I realized this is a bait and switch loan. I would avoid applying for this as I have a feeling very few people will qualify and be talked into loans like you can get at any other bank. Save the credit inquiry.

Luke Reynolds2Very frustrating online banking. Identity verification's have to be done multiple times a session. And difficulty transferring funds because of security verifications. The first time I called after becoming their customer, I was on hold for over 40 minutes before someone answered. I called one other time to the general number and had a long way. I was a customer of a credit union they acquired, and customer service and online experience here is much worse than the credit union they acquired or the bank I use.
Response from the ownerHello Luke, we're sorry you have had a frustrating experience. NASA Federal takes your account security seriously and has enabled 2-step verification, which many financial institutions use to prevent fraudulent activity. However, we welcome your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our members' online experience. We also strive for great customer service and will send this review to our team to see how we can make improvements. Thank you for taking the time to review!

Gi Gi1This bank is horrible they constantly are adding hidden fees and play games posting checks. I cashed six Government payroll checks I had saved and it went from two days wait to nine days if you can't handle big money why be a bank, so it's a no for me Navy Federal is were I'll be taking my money after they finish playing with it.
Response from the ownerHello Gwendolyn, we are sorry for any inconvenience. For security purposes and banking regulatory reasons, check deposits can take several days, which can also depend on the amount of the check. If you have any questions about specific checks, please don't hesitate to contact us at 1-888-627-2328 or log in to your online banking account and send us a secure message about those checks and we would be happy to help you.
