  TFCU has constantly provided me outstanding financial services, and more importantly, great customer service support. Their customer support is on par, if not better than USAA, of which I’m also a member of. They add a personal touch given their size. I’m usually assigned a dedicated staff member who has always made sure I get the best service. I left FAA more than 3 years ago but I will always maintain my TFCU membership. Kudos to Heysi for her great support. Thanks - LG

  Utmost appreciation for my TFCU for over 40 yrs! They've been there for myself and Family through all the life changes! This includes Johnny Appleseed, Christmas accounts, loan offers, MANY vehicle purchases, HELOC whatever...good experiences. Yes, things changed a lot over the years, you gotta change with the times. Everything ain't for everybody, but TFCU has worked for me and my Family! Professionalism is expected by these institutions, insist on it!

  Awful customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. They are shared branch with my bank out of state and they wouldn’t issue withdrawal despite that I have valid ID. Manager is not willing to meet halfway. The only good thing about this bank is front desk assistant. He is kind and friendly. Went to a different CO-OP Financial partner bank across the town and was able to do a withdrawal without any issues. You will just need to go through verification process to verify you are who you are and the information matches what’s on the file. I would recommend to go to State Department Federal Credit Union. They are wonderful! This bank is a joke.

  I have considered switching to this credit union as I am new in the area but given how rude and unable to do basic banking functions while using co-op services at this location I will definitely not. If management wishes to expand their member base they should look at how they treat prospective members.

  It's inside of the State Department of Transportation, when you go inside you can see any information, I ask to a lady where is the credit union and she told me it's outside in the back side of the building and sent me all around the building and I couldn't get with
