  Their program allowed for the Buyers to obtain an amazing property with a Loan. While surpassing my Sellers expectations on selling a lot with value, but a home that didn't match a typical appraisal value. I listed the property as Cash because I knew the value was there, but an appraisal wouldn't support it. Dart Bank made the unobtainable, attainable. The transaction ran smoothly, and communication was given every step of the way!
