  I've used Neils twice as a loan. And I've referred him to other family and friends who have since worked with him. The differences for me between Neils and others I have worked with before are attitude, communication, and quality of work. Neils has such a positive attitude. He is so pleasant to work with and actually cares about my situation. He excels at letting me know where things are at. I never have to call or message him to find out where we are or what's next. He beats me to it. He's organized and it's clear he's been at this for a long time. Neils has worked very hard for me. I have gone to him with my list of wants (rates, length of loan, total loan amount, closing costs, etc) and he has worked tirelessly to come through as best as he can. And in the end I have complete confidence in him and have am completely satisfied his work. This is why I have and do refer him to family and friends. And it's why the next time I need anything done related to my home, I'm going to call Neils.

  Working with Neils over the years has been amazing. He’s helped me refinance my house a couple times and I’m thrilled with my current rate. The process was quick and easy. I felt like he was looking out for me and timed it just right so I got the most benefit from refinancing. I’d definitely work with him again!

  This was an amazing experience. Neils was so fast at closing my mortgage and he was able to get us the lowest rate he had ever done for that length of loan. It was so easy and he ended up saving us hundreds of dollars a month. I highly recommend them. They are easy, painless and really know what they are doing.
