      I have been a member with Mutual since before they became Mutual Security Credit Union with my wife!! That’s well over 20 years and I can comfortably say that the service in the Stratford Connecticut branch have always been wonderful and top notch!! My wife goes there much more often than me and they’re always treating her like she’s their most important customer

      I am very happy to say that. The staff at the Stratford branch. Is very good and wonderful I couldn’t ask for a better staff at that location they help and are very resourceful. I been a member their 5 years there. I have also recommended some of my co worker to become members there at the credit union. The go beyond and above for the customers. They all do well there

      I had an emergency situation where I need to pick up my auto loan check at literally the 11th hour, and the staff went above and beyond helping me out on such short notice!! The branch manager (Lillie) and underwriter (Sandra) were very friendly, and willing to help out. This was the best Tesla APR auto loan I found after looking at many!!

      You couldn't ask for nicer people! The women at this bank were so helpful. We needed instructions on how to do online banking. Then we needed directions to the post office...etc. They went out of their way to make sure they helped us..including giving me a stamp. Thank you! Wish all the Mutual Security Banks had people just like these competent women.

      I dropped the big banks 20+ years ago to join this credit union and glad I did it. I am treated by my first name as soon as I walk into this branch. Everyone is courteous and treat us with respect. Where do you get that kind of treatment at a big bank where they only know you as number.

      The Stratford office is very knowledgeable, helpful,and friendly. I look forward to coming in here each week. I much rather prefer this credit union to a commercial bank.
